NOTE ON THE EDUCATION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION FORM
The Lama Trust provides financial assistance to students in need, subject to the availability of funds. Applicants must complete the form with accurate and detailed information regarding their personal, academic, and financial circumstances.
The form consists of two main sections:
1. Personal and Family Details: Includes information about the student’s family income, occupations of earning members, and any other financial assistance being received.
2. Course and Fee Details: Requires specifics of the institution, course, semester, and a detailed breakdown of fees for which assistance is sought..
Additionally, applicants must attach the required documents, such as identity proof, a bonafide student certificate, and academic records, duly attested. It is mandatory for the institution to endorse the application for verification. Financial aid is provided as a cheque directly to the institution.
