FOUNDER OF THE TRUST V.Shunmugavel (March 2015- Sept2019)

The Trust was founded in March 2015 by Mr. V. Shunmugavel, former Director of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). As founder, he established the Trust's core values of excellence and service, bringing the same dedication that distinguished his ISRO career to guide the organization through its formative years until September 2019.

Following his passing, his legacy continues through a committed team of trustees who maintain his vision of transparent, efficient, and impactful community service. Today, the Trust builds upon his foundation, expanding its programs while staying true to his noble mission of serving society.

Meet the team

Professional excellence meets humanitarian vision in our dedicated team

Mrs. Anitha, an IT consultant and niece of S. Lalitha, has served as Chairman since June 2023. She brings innovation while honoring the Trust’s core values. Her leadership focuses on expanding impact through new initiatives, combining professional expertise with personal commitment to guide the organization’s future growth.

Mr. Govindaraj, a Government Officer in the Forestry Department and nephew of our Founder, has served as Trustee since 2015. He oversees the Trust’s financial management with meticulous attention to transparency and efficiency. His dedication to public service and financial stewardship ensures the Trust’s stable operation.

Dr. S. Devanarayanan (“Dev”), a Dentist and Oral Surgeon practicing in both the UK and India, has been a trustee since 2015. As S. Lalitha’s nephew, he combines his global medical expertise with a passionate commitment to healthcare accessibility, driving the Trust’s medical outreach programs for vulnerable communities.

Mr. Raju Narayanan, an Agriculturist, entrepreneur, and nephew of S. Lalitha, has served as trustee since 2015. As Managing Director of Raju Filling Station, he brings valuable business expertise to the Trust. He manages day-to-day operations and project implementation, ensuring efficient execution of Trust initiatives.

Mr. G. Abishek, a young Mathematics graduate and grandson of our Founder, joined the Trust in 2023. As our youngest trustee, he brings fresh perspectives while honoring our legacy, adding analytical strength and symbolizing the next generation of leadership and innovative community service.
